Lemon Balm is a perennial herb to 50cm, with culinary and medicinal uses. Bushy plant with wrinkled leaves and small yellow flowers. Leaves are used for a calming lemon tea. They can also be used to flavour summer drinks, desserts and salads. Attracts bees when in flower. Can be invasive so best grown in containers. Protect from harsh summer sun, particularly in the afternoon.
