Herb Bennet, also known as 'Wood Avens', is a perennial plant, 30cm high x 45cm wide. Aromatic, clove-scented root used as spice. Leaves used in salads or soups. Frost resistant but drought tender. Harvest roots after plant has set seed (winter or early spring).
