Pumpkin 'Delicata' is an heirloom variety introduced in the late 1800s. The vine is vigorous, producing several cylindrical, striped fruit. Skin can be eaten. The orange flesh is said to be similar in taste to "sweet potato". USually eaten as a roasted vegetable.
