Stock 'Giant' is a sweet-smelling annual plant growing to 75cm. Great for cottage gardens, cut flowers and for attracting beneficial insects to the garden. Dead-head regularly to keep flowers coming. Sow sparsely in seedling tray or punnet; seedlings are susceptible to soil-borne fungal diseases, such as 'damping off'. Sprinkle cinnamon on the soil if there is any sign of it occurring. Stock attracts aphids and can be susceptible to powdery mildew. Water the soil not the plants and don't be tempted to overcrowd them.
